As part of the facility management, we offer:

Maintenance services of building infrastructure:

  • burglary and assault signaling systems (BASS);
  • closed-circuit television (CCTV);
  • sound and audio-visual systems;
  • parking systems;
  • water treatment systems;
  • building management systems (BMS, EMS);
  • other elements of the facility technical infrastructure.

As part of building infrastructure maintenance services, we perform the following activities:

  • ongoing service;
  • technical inspections of equipment and installations in accordance with the manufacturers’ requirements;
  • equipment maintenance;
  • help desk 24/;
  • documentation update;
  • delivery and replacement of consumables and spare parts;
  • emergency repairs;
  • “Handyman” service;
  • modernization and reconstruction.
